The validity of the talk time credit for Tune Talk Prepaid Top Up is the period between the date of reloading and the stipulated validity period as may be decided by Tune Talk from time to time when you are granted access to the Services. 2. The Tune Talk Prepaid Top Up is not refundable and any value that has been reloaded is not transferable. Tune Talk will not be liable for any loss or damage due to reloading errors caused by the User while performing the Online Prepaid Top Up transaction. Therefore, it is advisable to confirm the prepaid number and top up denominations according to the confirmation notification while performing the Online Prepaid Top up transaction.
3. Tune Talk reserves the right to forfeit any remaining Tune Talk credit after the expiry of the relevant validity periods stipulated above.

1. Tune Talk SIM or eSIM is available to all Malaysian citizens with at least 12 years of age (hereinafter referred to as “Subscriber(s)”) according to National Registration Identification Card (NRIC).]

1. Once an order has been placed, no change can be made to the order or change of the delivery address.
2. For the purpose of delivery, accurate information must be provided to Tune Talk.
3. The product ordered by you shall be delivered to the address provided by you (by any means deemed appropriate by Tune Talk) and MUST be personally received by you subject to the following conditions:
   
   1. The product shall be delivered only WITHIN Malaysia except for Tune Talk Traveller SIMs. Tune Talk reserves the right to defer, assign, or re-assign delivery without prior notification. Delivery date and time are only estimations.
   2. You must be PRESENT personally/physically to receive the product. Third party collection is NOT allowed. SIM not delivered after two (2) failed delivery attempts will be returned to the courier agency headquarters. You must arrange for self-collection at the courier agency at the designated venue notified after the two (2) failed delivery attempts within 6 working days from the date of the last failed delivery attempt.
   3. These terms are also applicable to freebies (e.g., internet, credit, vouchers, goodies etc.) that you may be entitled to from time to time. Freebies unclaimed after the above stipulated period will be forfeited by Tune Talk.
4. A fee may be imposed on you if additional delivery attempt is required whether the same was requested by you or for any reason, or, such delivery is made after the second unsuccessful delivery attempt by Tune Talk.
5. The table below indicates the treatment for all Prepaid Products:
