Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)

INTRODUCTION
1. Tune Talk Sdn. Bhd. (“Tune Talk”) is organising a campaign whereby eligible subscribers may redeem a pandapro voucher through selfcare app.
2. These Terms and Conditions govern the redemption process and participation in the campaign.
3. Tune Talk reserves the right to cancel or modify the redemption and these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes shall be posted on Tune Talk’s official website at www.tunetalk.com (“Website”).
EFFECTIVE DATE
1. The redemption shall commence on 28^th March and shall continue until further notice, or such earlier date as determined by Tune Talk at its sole discretion.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
1. The redemption is available to all Tune Talk subscribers across all tariff plans and equivalent partner plans.
2. This redemption is accessible exclusively through the Tune Talk app.
QUALIFYING PARTICIPANT
1. By participating in the Redemption during the campaign period, participant hereby agree:
  1. to these terms and conditions.
  2. to indemnify Tune Talk against all claims in relation to your participation in these redemption and/or breach
  3. that any decision of Tune Talk concerning the Redemption shall be final and conclusive.
  4. at the request of Tune Talk, participant shall furnish Tune Talk with any information required to verify the Redemption.
2. Tune Talk reserves the sole right at any time during the redemption period to disqualify and/or exclude anyone from the redemption, for any reason and for no reason, including without limitation, violation of any these Terms and Conditions.
MECHANICS
1. Eligibility for FREE pandapro voucher
  1. Subscribers who successfully purchase the Epik50+ plan during the campaign period will receive a push notification and SMS within 48 hours, directing them to the Tune Talk app homepage banner.
  2. Subscribers redeem their FREE pandapro voucher through the Tune Talk app.
  3. The redemption is limited to once per MSISDN per month.
2. Non-Eligibility for FREE pandapro voucher
  1. Subscribers who are not on the Epik tariff will have to switch to the Epik tariff and subscribe to the Epik50+ plan to qualify for the FREE pandapro voucher
  2. Subscribers on a different Epik plan will have to upgrade to the Epik50+ plan to qualify for the FREE pandapro voucher.
3. Redemption via ‘Shop’ by points/credit
  1. All active Tune Talk subscribers may redeem the pandapro voucher through the Tune Talk app’s ‘Shop’ section using 690 points or RM6.90 in Tune Talk credit.
  2. Subscribers may redeem it fully by points, fully by credit, or partially using both.
  3. The redemption is limited to once per MSISDN per month.
REDEMPTION LIMIT
1. Subscribers may redeem only one (1) pandapro Voucher per month per MSISDN.
VOUCHER VALIDITY
1. The pandapro voucher is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of redemption.
2. The validity of the pandapro voucher is separate from the validity of the plan purchased.
