Who is eligible for the free pandapro voucher?
Subscribers who purchased the Epik50+ plan are eligible for a FREE pandapro voucher. Other subscribers are required to purchased Epik50+ plan to enjoy FREE pandapro voucher.
How do Epik50+ plan subscribers redeem free pandapro voucher?
You will receive a push notification and SMS within 48 hours after purchasing the plan and you can redeem the voucher for free (0 points).
I am not on an Epik50+ plan, how do I get a foodpanda voucher for free?
If you are not on the Epik Tariff, you are required to switch to the Epik Tariff and then subscribe to the Epik50+ plan to become eligible for the voucher.
Can I redeem the pandapro voucher using points or credit?
Yes, all active Tune Talk subscribers can redeem the pandapro voucher using 690 points or RM6.90 Tune Talk credit through the ‘Shop’ section of the app. Redemption can be done fully by points, fully by credit, or partially using both.
How many vouchers can I redeem per month?
The redemption is limit to one (1) pandapro voucher per month per MSISDN.
What is the validity of the pandapro voucher?
The voucher is valid for 30 days from the date of redemption.
How do I redeem on foodpanda?
You must be an existing pandapro user to redeem the voucher code. If not, you can subscribe to the free trial offered on the foodpanda App. Once you have subscribed to the Free Trial, you may go to Account > Subscription > Plan Information > Vouchers > Insert your vouchers
