The campaign is open to all Tune Talk subscribers, excluding inbound/outbound travelers, staff, and dealers/partners. - How to Participate
Participation in this campaign is based on mobile number (MSISDN) and not on identification documents (e.g., MyKad, Passport).- Step 1: Log in to the Tune Talk App.
- Step 2: Opt-In
Your device will receive notifications to opt in to the “Go for GOLD” campaign. Click the message and the “JOIN” button to ensure your entries are valid. - Step 3: Accumulate Contest Entries

Subscribers must log into the Tune Talk App using their actively used mobile number on their device. - OPT-IN to Join
- Throughout the campaign, subscribers will receive push notifications or SMS about the campaign via the Tune Talk app.
- An additional pop-up will prompt subscribers to opt in (join) the campaign. Subscribers need to click “YES, I want to join!” only once during the campaign. There is no charge to opt in.
- By selecting “YES, I want to join!”, subscribers confirm their participation in the campaign, acknowledge they are not affiliated with Tune Talk Sdn. Bhd., and consent to receiving ongoing notifications, including updates on their entries and other relevant campaign information.
- Subscribers who wish to opt out and stop receiving campaign communications can make a request through our Customer Service.

- Earning Entries.
- Subscribers shall earn entries through top-up transactions or internet plans purchased directly through our partners. Entries are accumulated based on each mobile number, not by Identification Document (e.g., MyKad, Passport), and shall not be combined if multiple numbers are registered under a single ID.
- Entries earned through top-up
- Each top-up transaction earns entries based on the amount spent. The breakdown of top-up amounts, points, and corresponding entries is as follows;

- Each top-up transaction earns entries based on the amount spent. The breakdown of top-up amounts, points, and corresponding entries is as follows;

- Subscribers will earn entries for plans with a 1-year validity, as well as Yearly and Monthly plans only.
- Entries can be earned for the purchase of Epik and Jimat plans with 1-year validity, Yearly, and Monthly plans as outlined below:

- Subscribers in the Silver tier as of 11:59 PM on 14-Nov-24 will earn double entries throughout the campaign.
- Existing Gold tier subscribers will receive 10 entries upon joining the campaign, regardless of any additional top-ups or plan purchases.
- All entries earned during the campaign are cumulative and will contribute to the subscriber’s total entry count.
- Entries are non-transferable, cannot be converted into points, and are only valid for this campaign.
- Subscribers shall earn entries through top-up transactions or internet plans purchased directly through our partners. Entries are accumulated based on each mobile number, not by Identification Document (e.g., MyKad, Passport), and shall not be combined if multiple numbers are registered under a single ID.
- Prizes and Winner Selection
- To win, subscribers need to fulfill the following criteria:
- Opt in to participate in the campaign..
- Achieve GOLD status by 11:59 PM the day before the winner selection, pursuant to Clause 6.
- Be selected for the final pool of potential winners based on entries earned.
- Receive an SMS or push notification confirming their win, along with a call from the Tune Talk hotline (03-2771 7000).
- Be the first to successfully answer two simple questions upon receiving the call from the Tune Talk hotline. If a winner does not answer after three attempts, their chance will be forfeited.
- Grand Prize Winners
- Two winners will be selected.
- Each winner will receive an iPhone 16.
- First Prize Winners.
- Two winners will be selected.
- Each winner will receive a Samsung S24 FE.
- Weekly Winners.
- There will be 25 winners per week.
- Each winner will receive a RM50 TnG eWallet.
- You remain eligible to win the Grand Prize or First Prize, but you are not eligible to win the multiple weekly prizes thereafter. However, if you win the First Prize, you will not be eligible for the Grand Prize, and vice versa
- To win, subscribers need to fulfill the following criteria:

- Winners shall be featured in social media posts, in Tune Talk official Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/tunetalk) and Instagram stories (https://instagram.com/tunetalk).
- By participating, participants consented to or grant Tune Talk and its affiliates the permission to use their name, video, image and/or comment for future advertising and publicity purposes in connection with the campaign in any and all media without additional compensation, notification or permission.

- Prize Collection
- First Prize and Grand Prize
- Winners residing in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor (based on IC address) must collect their prize in person or appoint a representative.
- Winners outside of Kuala Lumpur and Selangor may opt for their prizes to be delivered.
- Prizes must be collected or delivery arranged within 7 days from the announcement date (excluding public holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays). Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize.
- Weekly Prizes
- Winners must provide their email address, and the RM50 TnG eWallet PIN will be sent via email.
- Tune Talk shall send the code only once and shall not entertain requests for a new TnG eWallet PIN in the event of errors, such as an incorrect email address.
- First Prize and Grand Prize
- Other Terms and Conditions
- By participating to this Campaign, participants agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign.
- Any costs such as transportation, accommodation, or personal expenses related to the Campaign or prizes are the responsibility of the participants and/or Winners.
- Any entries that participants earned, cannot be convert to Tune Talk points when the campaign ends.
- Tune Talk may update or change the Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without prior notice.
- Potential winners may be asked to validate or update their personal details, such as name, address and email address.
- Winners agree that their name and masked mobile number may be shared for announcement purposes and winners consent to share or for Tune Talk to share their photos, on social media as part of the marketing efforts.
- In the event of Tune Talk is requested to post/courier a Prize to a Winner, Tune Talk will not be held liable of non-receipt of Prize or damages caused during the delivery process. No replacement and/or exchange of Prize will be entertained.
- All queries pertaining to the services herein shall be directed to Tune Talk’s Customer Care by calling Tune Talk’s Hotline at 13100 or 03-2771 7000 between 8am to 10pm daily.
- All subscribers that participate in this promotion shall be bound by the terms and conditions contained and/or amended herein together with all terms and conditions related to the provision of Tune Talk’s service. Any decisions made by Tune Talk shall be final and no further correspondence shall be attended to.
- Where the terms & conditions are translated into a language other than the English Language, in the event of any inconsistencies, conflicts or discrepancies between the terms and conditions set out in the English Language version and that of the other language(s), the English Language version shall prevail. Words denoting the singular include the plural and vice versa, and words denoting any gender include all genders, and words applicable to natural persons include references to a firm, body corporate or unincorporated, association or an authority, and vice versa.
- The terms and conditions herein shall be governed and construed in the laws of Malaysia and the subscribers agree unconditionally to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysia.
- Tune Talk reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions without any prior notice.
