Pakej Perpaduan Plan Campaign T&Cs

The Pakej Perpaduan Campaign, (hereinafter referred to as “Padu 30 Plan”) is subjected to the following terms and conditions:

  1. The Padu 30 Plan terms and conditions shall be supplementary to the Tune Talk Service Subscription (‘Service Subscription Terms and Conditions”) as and when so amended by Tune Talk from time to time. Subscribers who subscribe for the Padu 30 Plan are bound to the above said terms and conditions and any decisions made by Tune Talk shall be final and no further correspondence will be entertained.
  2. This Padu 30 Plan:
    1. Shall be made available effectively between 00:01, 2nd March 2023 until 23:59, 30th April 2024 (“Campaign Period”). Tune Talk however reserves the sole right to extend or otherwise discontinue the Campaign Period without any prior notice to subscribers.
    2. Padu 30 Plan offers the following:
      1. The Padu 30 plan is priced at RM30.00 and comes with 30GB base data quota at speeds of up to 3Mbps.
      2. Padu 30 is valid for 180 days, and will not be automatically renewed upon expiry.
      3. The 1.5GB Booster (“B3”) and 10GB Booster (“B10”) data booster is available for the Padu 30 plan, priced at RM3.00 comes with 1.5GB and RM10.00 comes with 10GB follows the speed and validity of your active Padu 30 plan.
      4. Any hotspot usage will utilise the base data quota and/or boosters (if any) and speed limits for selected apps apply.
      5. Any outgoing calls (On-net or Off-net) will incur charges as per applicable rates in accordance with the TT JIMAT pack (“TTJIMAT Pack Terms and Conditions”).
      6. Subscribers are exclusively eligible for the Personal Accident (PA) Insurance coverage from Tune Protect worth RM50,000.
        1. Subscribers are marked eligible based on their first successful subscription of Pakej Perpaduan (Padu 30 Plan) and will automatically be covered the following month. No cooling period will be applied.
        2. One-off coverage for 180 days (6 months).
        3. PA Insurance offers coverage in the event of bodily injury arising from an accident that results in death or permanent disablement (Total Paralysis).
        4. PA insurance does NOT cover subscribers who engaged in riding or pillion riding on a motorcycle for any purpose.
        5. Subscribers who are aged between 12 up to 65 years only and an existing Tune Talker (including Active/Grace period status) at the time of accident.
  3. Eligibility criteria (New & Existing subscribers):
    1. Malaysian Youths (aged 12 to 30) – identified by legitimate registration with IC.
    2. Malaysian Senior Citizens (aged 60 or above) – identified by legitimate registration with IC will be automatically eligible.
    3. OKU Malaysian citizens above 12 years old – based on respective IC and corresponding Kad OKU issued by the Malaysian Social Welfare Department (“Kad OKU”)
    4. Malaysian B40 must be registered and have been confirmed by the Malaysian Inland Revenue Board (“LHDN”) as a participant in the Bantuan Tunai Rahmah.
    5. Malaysian Army Veteran – based on respective IC and corresponding Kad Veteran issued by the Malaysian Armed Force (“Kad Veteran”)
    6. Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency and Police Veteran – based on respective IC and corresponding Kad Pesara issued by the Public Service Department Malaysia (“Kad Pesara”)
    7. Each subscription of the Plan may register up to 5 SIMs and all numbers under the account can subscribe or switch to the plan.
  4. Method of subscription for eligible accounts:
    1. Tune Talk App
    2. SMS – type “PADU30” to 2222
  5. Mechanics:
    1. Eligible subscribers are required to contact Customer Care (via LiveChat or email at customer.care@tunetalk.com) with Copy of IC and Veteran Card/OKU Card/Kad Pesara (for Army and veteran/OKU/APMM and Police Veteran). Confirmation of eligibility will be given within the 3 days.
    2. Once successfully flagged eligible and qualified, subscribers may subscribe to this plan (Refer to Clause 4 above).
    3. Malaysian B40 that has been granted Bantuan Tunai Rakyat (BTR) will be automatically flagged eligible.
  6. Tune Talk reserves the right at any time without liability to suspend or terminate our subscribers’ Service, plans, data, voice, or call subscriptions if Tune Talk has reasonable grounds that you are in violation of Tune Talk’s Terms of Service or our Fair Usage Policy.
  7. All queries pertaining to the above Offer should be directed to Tune Talk’s Customer Care by calling 13100 or 03-2771 7000 from 8am to 10pm daily.
  8. All Subscribers that participate in the Offer are bound by the terms and conditions contained herein together with Tune Talks service terms and conditions, as and when so amended herein from time to time and any decisions made by Tune Talk shall be final and no further correspondence will be entertained.
  9. Where the terms & conditions are translated into a language other than the English Language, in the event of any inconsistencies, conflicts or discrepancies between the terms and conditions set out in the English Language version and that of the other language(s), the English Language version shall prevail. Words denoting the singular include the plural and vice versa, and words denoting any gender include all genders, and words applicable to natural persons include references to a firm, body corporate or unincorporated, association or an authority, and vice versa.
  10. The terms and conditions herein shall be governed and construed in the laws of Malaysia and the subscribers agree unconditionally to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysia.
  11. Tune Talk reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions without any prior notice.
