The Traveller SIM comprises of Red Pack and Black Pack are roaming SIM cards ready to be used anytime in across over 40 countries around the world.
- Insert the SIM into the device
- Turn ON “Data Roaming”
- Restart your device and allow 2-5 minutesfor the SIM to be activated
- Your device will be automatically connectedto the supported roaming network partner
You may use the Traveller SIM if the country you are visiting is listed on the Traveller SIM pack and is still within the validity period.
- Red Pack: Cambodia, Hong Kong, China, Indonesia, Macau, China, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam
- Black Pack: Australia, Bangladesh, China, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, India, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Mexico, Netherlands, Nepal, New Zealand, Norway, Pakistan, Qatar, Russia, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Ukraine, United Kingdom and United States
*Note: If you travel to another country which is excluded from the countries listed on the Traveller SIM pack, you would need to purchase a different pack of Traveller SIM.

Once the validity period ends, the Traveller SIM will no longer work. However, you are welcomed to purchase an additional SIM in advance to stay connected without interruption.
