Their extensive expertise in corporate governance, finance, and strategic investment will reinforce Tune Talk’s commitment to delivering high-quality service and driving innovation in the Malaysian telecommunications landscape.

Datuk Azzat Bin Kamaludin brings over four decades of experience in corporate governance and legal advisory. With a portfolio that saw him serving on the boards of Boustead Holdings Berhad and Axiata Group Berhad, Datuk Azzat is celebrated for his strategic insights and dedication to strong governance and diversity in Malaysia’s corporate sector. His deep-rooted expertise will be instrumental as Tune Talk navigates evolving market demands.

Datuk (Dr.) Dominic Silva, a seasoned financial strategist with over 35 years of experience, has held influential roles in the Finance industry across Malaysia, Singapore, the Netherlands, and Hong Kong. As the former CEO of MIDF Investment Bank, he was a key architect of the landmark merger between MBSB Berhad and MIDF, finalized in October 2023. Prior to this, during his tenure as Head of Investments at Khazanah Nasional Berhad, he spearheaded growth initiatives in critical sectors and new markets.

Datuk Dominic has served on the boards of Astro Holdings, multiple CIMB Group entities, and India’s Infrastructure Development Finance Co Ltd. He is currently an Independent Director at SCICOM MSC Berhad. His global insights and expertise are set to drive Tune Talk’s expansion and enhance its competitive edge in Malaysia’s dynamic telecom market.
