4G Upgrade Promo

  1. This Promo is valid from 12:00:00 on 23th January 2017 until further notice.
  2. Subscribers that have successfully submitted their request with a minimum top up of RM10 or any plan purchase will be entitled to get a FREE 4G Tune Talk SIM pack with free delivery service.
  3. How to upgrade to the 4G SIM:-
    1. Subscribers need to request for their 4G Upgrade with a minimum top up or plan purchase via Tune Talk Online form (website)
    2. Tune Talk representative will call subscribers to verify the registration details within the next business day (Monday-Friday 9am – 6pm). Parcel will be delivered once the verification is successful via our delivery partners.
    3. SIM delivery time is estimated to be within 7 working days (any delay in delivery is subject to respective delivery partners’ Terms & Conditions of delivery). Tune Talk will not be responsible for any damage or lost once the parcel is out from our end.
    4. Upon receiving the SIM pack, subscribers are required to call 03-2771 7000 to start the SIM replacement process. Reload will only be credited once the replacement process is completed.
  4. On 1st June 2017, the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission issued out the new Guidelines on Registration of End-Users of Prepaid Public Cellular Services  Prepaid Guidelines which makes it compulsory for mobile prepaid service providers to limit the number of prepaid SIM cards from the previous 10 SIMs to 5 SIMs for each new subscriber.
  5. One (1) individual can only register a maximum of five (5) SIMs under single eligible Malaysian ID/Passport. Malaysian citizens or permanent residents are required to register using MyKad, iKad, MyTentera, MyPR or IMM13 only.
  6. All payments made on confirmed orders are non-refundable.
  7. Any other promotions or benefits from the purchased top up will still apply.
  8. SIM delivery is only available within Malaysia.
  9. Our delivery partners’ personnel will review the identification document (Malaysian ID/passport) of the recipient/subscriber before handing over the Tune Talk SIM card. Tune Talk and and its delivery partners will not fulfill the order should the required identification documents be invalid, incorrect or unavailable as is required by MCMC regulations.
  10. SIM delivery time is estimated to be within 7 working days (any delay in delivery is subject to our delivery partners’ Terms & Conditions). Tune Talk will not be responsible for any damage or lost once the parcel is out from our end.
  11. For P.O. Box delivery address as confirmed by our delivery partners, customers would need to contact our delivery partners to get the parcel location/office address to collect it as our delivery partners will not deliver it but leave a note in the post box.
  12. Subscribers will need to top up and stay active to avoid the SIM to fall into Grace Period status. (Subscribers can only receive voice calls and SMS only, with no outgoing calls, SMS and use of mobile data).
  13. In the event of fraudulent activity, Tune Talk reserves the right to disqualify any registration at its own discretion.
  14. Tune Talk at its sole discretion, reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Offer in the event that it becomes incapable of running as planned, technically interfered or corrupted, including but not limited to infection by computer viruses, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Tune Talk, despite the best efforts of Tune Talk, or for any reason whatsoever without the need to disclose such reason.
  15. All queries pertaining to the above service should be directed to Tune Talk’s Customer Care by calling 13100 or 03-2771 7000 from 8am to 10pm daily.
  16. All subscribers that participate in this Offer are bound by the terms and conditions contained and/or amended herein and any decisions made by Tune Talk shall be final and no further correspondence will be entertained.
  17. Where the terms and conditions are translated into a language other than the English Language, in the event of any inconsistencies, conflicts or discrepancies between the terms and conditions set out in the English Language version and that of the other language(s), the English Language version shall prevail.
  18. The terms and conditions herein shall be governed and construed in the laws of Malaysia and the subscribers agree unconditionally to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysia.
  19. All subscribers’ personal information is subject to the Personal Data Protection Act, 2010 as explained on Tune Talk’s website at Tune Talk Privacy Policy.
  20. Tune Talk reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without any prior notice.
