Minimum Education Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Responsibility:

• POSM
  1. Plan and conceptualize the design for all suitable campaign names, visuals, and videos for dealer’s social media platform.
  2. Plan/Manage/Coordinate end to end on POS materials to the trade – from the start of visual draft, approvals, production until the delivery of materials to the trade.
  3. Identify the right POS tools to increase brand presence and offtake.
  4. Work closely with Marketing team to increase/maximize the brand visibility by utilizing the dealers’ premises and advise on suitable materials and wording to our dealers.
• Digitalization
  1. Manage Tune Talk Partner app (Sales Tools Kit) UI/UX in line with Company’s direction and ensuring user friendliness to dealers.
  2. Plan and Coordinate with Communication’s team on dealer social media and Partner app and get approval.
  3. Continuously enhancing and digitizing current process workflows for all Trade marketing segments.
• Events Management
  1. Lead the coordination of sales event (Roadshow, CNY Dealer Convention, TTL Convention, sales convention etc) with other departments, and to ensure the success of such events.
  2. Explore and propose new potential vendors, get quotations and negotiate for best prices.
  3. Ensure SOP compliance of dealer roadshow for Sales Team.
• Dealer Outlet Renovation
  1. Take lead on all Renovation Management activities and propose ideas for the renovation.
  2. Monitor end to end process of renovation requests and to obtain Management’s approval.
  3. Work closely with procurement team for status updates regarding dealer outlet renovation.
