Manager, Marketing / CMO
To develop, establish, execute and maintain marketing and business development strategies to meet organizational objectives.
Main Responsibilities
- Working with the marketing manager and other team members to identify new market niche through a streamlined marketing research, competitor analysis and prevailing market conditions
- Formulate, plan and execute new marketing plans e.g. exhibition fairs, product launches, brand partnering, joint ventures, media advertising and so on
- Conduct market research, develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products OR competitor’s data and information to formulate market landscape
- Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information and establish a periodical review for marketing activities; assess and evaluate results and feedback to higher management team to determine next course of actions.
- Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities
- Develop close liaison with the media and advertising fraternity, maintaining the prospect of long term strategic alliances
- Manage the productivity of marketing plans and projects
- Carry out periodical evaluation on the financial aspects of marketing and product development, including budget, expenditures, return on investment (ROI), profit and loss analysis and so on.
- Undertake negotiation with vendors and third party to establish network of distribution, rights of product distributorship and brainstorming hand-in-hand marketing and business development partnerships
- Develop co-marketing support programs with strategic partners and clients
- To perform any other task as may be required by your immediate supervisor or the Management.

Experience & Education
- Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification
- Experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies
- Technical marketing skills
- Proven experience in customer and market research
- relevant product and industry knowledge
- Experience with relevant software applications
- Working experience in either media, advertising or related industry.
- Those with experience and even fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
