The Plans available and their descriptions are as follows:
Cun Daily Plan – Pay RM1.88 and get 8 minutes worth of airtime for local calls in a Promo Bucket and 50MB worth of data access with a validity period of 1 day from the date of subscription.
CC8 – Pay RM8 and get 20 minutes worth of airtime for local calls in a Promo Bucket and 200MB worth of data access with a validity period of 7 days from date of subscription.
CC38 – Pay RM38 and get 60 minutes worth of airtime for local calls in a Promo Bucket and 1.5GB worth of data access with a validity period of 30 days from date of subscription.
For the CC1, CC8 and CC38 Plans, the airtime within the Promo Bucket can be used for Local Calls ONLY until the allotted airtime is exhausted, whereupon the airtime credit within the users main Tune Talk prepaid balance will start to be utilized at standard Tune Talk call rates.
In order to subscribe to these Plans, users must send:
“CC1” to “2222” for daily plan.
“CC8” to 2222 for the weekly plan.
“CC38” to 2222 for the monthly plan.
Subscribers must have the following minimum balances in their Tune Talk prepaid main balance in order to subscribe to the plans:
CC1 – minimum of RM2.00
CC8 – minimum of RM9.00
CC38 – minimum of RM39.00
These Plans will be auto-renewed upon reaching the periods specified below:
CC1 – will be renewed the same day at 12am midnight.
CC8 – 7 days from date of subscription.
CC38 – 30 days from date of subscription.
In the event the Local Calls, SMS or Data Quota is exhausted before the expiry, users can get an additional Data Quota by sending:
“CC1 ADD” to “2222” for daily plan.
“CC8 ADD” to “2222” for the weekly plan.
“CC38 ADD” to “2222” for the monthly plan.
*Please note that any unused local calls, SMS and/or data quota allocation from the previous subscription does not carry forward.
Any data usage after the Data Quota is totally exhausted will be charged at current Pay Per Use rates of 5sen/MB and it is valid. After 90% of the Data Quota has been utilised, a usage notification will be sent to the subscriber and remaining available Data Quota can be checked by dialling *134#.
To unsubscribe from the plans, users must send:
“CC1 STOP” to “2222” for daily plan.
“CC8 STOP” to “2222” for the weekly plan.
“CC38 STOP” to “2222” for the monthly plan.
To check on status users must send:
“CC1 STATUS” to “2222” for daily plan.
“CC8 STATUS” to “2222” for the weekly plan.
“CC38 STATUS” to “2222” for the monthly plan..
Subscribers can only subscribe to 1(one) Plan at any one time. For subscribers that are already subscribed to an existing Data plan or SMS plan, subscribing to a new plan will supersede their current plan and any unused Local Voice, SMS and Data quota will be forfeited.
All un-used data balance will be forfeited and refund will not be valid .

All subscribers that participate in this plan are bound by the terms and conditions contained herein together with Tune Talks service terms and conditions, as and when so amended herein and any decisions made by Tune Talk shall be final and no further correspondence will be entertained.
Where the terms & conditions are translated into a language other than the English Language, in the event of any inconsistencies, conflicts or discrepancies between the terms and conditions set out in the English Language version and that of the other language(s), the English Language version shall prevail.
The terms and conditions herein shall be governed and construed in the laws of Malaysia and the subscribers agree unconditionally to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysia.
Tune Talk reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions without any prior notice.
