Coverage commences on the 61st day from the date of subscription subject to a minimum monthly top up of RM30.00.

The policy covers Death or Total Permanent Disablement for RM100,000.00. Please refer to the Policy Wording for details.

All benefits are paid in addition to and regardless of any other insurance policies you may have.

Even if you have multiple lines registered under Tune Talk, your coverage is limited to only one policy.

You have to be at minimum 12 years old and at maximum 65 years old to be eligible for the Free PA Insurance coverage.

The Free PA is not valid for subscribers who are engaging in motorcycling or any accidents arising out of motorcycle racing, pace-making, reliability trial or speed testing.

All claim loss notification must be within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of accident.
 
Death Claim
Claim form duly completed and enclosed with the following documents:

• Death Certificate
• Burial permit
• Post mortem report
• Police report
• Copy of Spouse's I/C and Marriage Certificate
• If the insured is unmarried, copy of parents I/C is required

Total Permanent Disability Claim

• Claim form duly completed
• Specialist / Full medical report
• Police report
• Industrial accident report (if industrial accident) & SOCSO report
